Help with calls, messages and your account

Email info@telgraf.com. We answer within two business days.

Signing in

Enter your email and we send a 4-digit code. There is no password. If the code doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam folder, then tap Different email / resend.

Calls don't ring when the app is closed

Make sure notifications are allowed for Telgraf in iOS Settings → Telgraf → Notifications, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing the app.

No sound or picture on a call

Check that Telgraf is allowed to use the microphone and camera (iOS Settings → Telgraf). On a computer, allow them in the browser's site settings for telgraf.com. On a Mac, also allow the browser under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network.

Contacts and dots

Green means the person is reachable right now, blue means they're on Telgraf, grey means they haven't joined yet — use Invite by Email to invite them.

Deleting your account

Email info@telgraf.com from your account's address and we'll delete it, along with your contacts, messages and call log, within 30 days.
